Venting About Our Move

As much as we love CA we are ready to get the show on the road. This last couple of weeks I have gone through a number of different emotions concerning our move. At first, although I tried to have a positive attitude, I was really disappointed that we weren’t going home to CO. I was sure that was where we were supposed to go! However, I have been able to think and pray and I remembered something that Matthew and I talked about when we first got married. We said that the Air Force was a great opportunity to see things and places that we might otherwise not be able to see. We decided that we wanted to go to as many different places as possible. Every new place we move is a new adventure, and a chance to meet people that could be lifelong friends. I also remembered that we have been praying about this move for months and I know others have been praying as well. I know that the Lord has a plan for us and that if he put us in Montana that is where we are supposed to be! I am now so excited to go to Montana! Matthew and I are already planning some fun trips to Canada, and go white water rafting! It is also exciting that home is only a one day drive, and we are only a six hour drive to my grandparent’s house in Idaho!
